Ddrops | Denver Headshot Photographer
What a whirlwind! We set up a headshot booth in the Colorado Convention Center at the Pediatric Nurse Practitioners exhibit hall for D-drops. Attendees could come learn a little bit about this awesome product and get their headshots taken. As an added bonus light hair and make-up was offered to any interested.
D-drop is a vitamin D supplement used for breastfed babies to make sure they get enough, its like sunshine in a bottle. I was very excited to get their call as I had been using their product for my little one. Its really fun to photograph for a product you totally believe in.
Along with my assistant Melissa we photographed 142 headshots in 12 hours spend over 2 days. That a lot of headshots! Teresa kept the prints going so that everyone could take their prints with them within minutes of having their headshot taken. We had a wonderful turnout, there was no downtime, there was always someone e in the chair for hair and make-up and someone being photographed. It was such a great idea to bring value to a exhibit hall booth.
Not only did D-drop offer headshots, hair and make-up but each “headshotee” was given a print on site and then were emailed their final images so they could use them for their social media including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. We picked a grey gradient background to make these images versatile for all of the different Nurse Practitioners that would use them.
In addition to the fun we had working with Ddrops, it was also St Patty’s day so we go to have a bit of fun!
We had a great team of this event including:
Primary Photographer: Laura Kinser, Denver Photographer
HMUA: Danelle Lovelace, Jamie Abbott
Assistant: Teresa Opel
2nd Photographer: Melissa Malouff
